Online Banking
Please remember loan payments made from a CCU account are free and simple to make using Online Banking. If you are not enrolled in online banking or would like to setup a CCU checking or savings account, please call (512) 477-9465 or toll free at 1 (800) 486-4228 or visit any branch.
To make your loan payment from accounts at another financial institution, or with a credit or debit card, (i.e. external loan payments) we also offer the following two options for a convenience charge.
Web Portal
To make your payment you’ll need your member number, your date of birth, and then create a 4 digit PIN for future payments: Make Your Web Portal Payment
Pay-by-Phone
If you’d like to make a payment through a CCU Member Service Representative, there is a $15 charge for each transaction. Please call (512) 477-9465 or toll free at 1 (800) 486-4228, and press option 2.
